Sometimes people are beautiful.
Not in looks.
Not in what they say.
Just in what they are.
Nepantla is a Nahuatl word of the Aztec language meaning torn between ways. It is a place caught between worlds--an in-between space where different cultures, values, and languages connect/disconnect and give birth to a new culture, a new world...This is what inspires me and the way I see things sometimes... live, in vivid color, and sometimes in black & white...from Nepantla.
